DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy

Ten Dollars, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of kiddinglab.com (the "Website") to do the same. This policy describes how we handle claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA").

2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on the Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If your notice covers multiple works, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it on the Website (such as a URL or description of where the material appears).
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

3. How We Respond
Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
- Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) that the content has been removed and provide a copy of the takedown notice.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the District of Maryland), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice or an agent of such person.

5. After a Counter-Notification
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party.
- Restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid takedown notice for which a counter-notification was not filed or was unsuccessful.
7. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
